Language & Documents
Requirements are not the same for every role. We help selected candidates organise CVs, certificates, references and language information so German employers can understand the profile clearly.

Overview
A strong Germany profile starts with honest and complete documents. You do not need every document on the first day, but you should understand what employers and process partners usually need to review your profile properly.
This section helps candidates prepare without wasting money on unnecessary translations, fake shortcuts or documents that are not yet required.
Typical documents candidates should prepare
• Passport
• CV
• Training or education certificates, where available
• Work references or employment letters
• Language certificates, if available
• Professional licences or registrations, where relevant
• Contact information and current country of residence
• Additional documents only when requested for your specific process
What makes your documents stronger
• Clear names, dates and employer information
• Certificates that match the information in your CV
• Work references that describe your actual tasks
• Consistent spelling of your name across documents
• Honest explanation of gaps or missing documents
• Digital copies that are readable and complete
Language information
Language expectations are not the same for every role. Some jobs require stronger German preparation. Other roles may start with lower German requirements, depending on the employer, workplace and pathway.
You should always state your current level honestly:
• No German yet
• Basic German
• A1
• A2
• B1
• B2 or higher
• Certificate available / no certificate available
What workiOn supports
• Clear profile and CV review
• Document checklist coordination for selected candidates
• Explanation of which documents are useful at each stage
• Coordination of translation steps when required
• Communication with the employer about missing or unclear documents
• Timeline structure so candidates know what is needed next
Important
Do not pay for expensive translations, apostilles or document services before you receive a clear checklist for your specific process.
Do not send original documents by post unless specifically requested through a verified process.
Do not use fake certificates, fake references or edited documents. This can destroy your chance with employers and authorities.
workiOn does not charge candidates a recruitment fee and does not promise a job, visa or authority approval. We help selected candidates keep the practical document process structured and transparent.
Best next step
Submit your profile with your CV first. If your profile fits a current opportunity, we will tell you which documents are needed next.
