Overview

Moving to another country for work is a serious decision. Candidates should not start this process with pressure, hidden payments or unrealistic promises.

workiOn follows a simple principle: candidates do not pay a recruitment fee to workiOn.

What “no candidate fee” means

You do not pay workiOn for being matched with an employer.

You do not pay workiOn for submitting your profile.

You do not pay workiOn for being considered for a Germany opportunity.

Our recruitment model is employer-paid. The German employer pays workiOn for placement and process coordination. Candidates should not be charged a recruitment fee by workiOn or by sourcing partners connected to the workiOn process.

What a serious process should include

A serious Germany job process should include:

• Clear information about the employer and role

• A real interview or selection process

• Written information about the job

• A written job offer or employment contract before official steps move forward

• Honest communication about documents and timelines

• Clear separation between employer responsibilities, candidate responsibilities and authority decisions

• No pressure to pay for a guaranteed outcome

No fake visa guarantees

No serious partner can guarantee a visa, recognition result or authority approval.

German employers make hiring decisions. German authorities and other competent bodies make decisions on residence, recognition and work authorisation.

workiOn coordinates practical steps and communication. We do not control authority decisions.

Warning signs

Be careful if someone says:

• “Pay now and your Germany job is guaranteed.”

• “We can guarantee your visa.”

• “You do not need a real employer.”

• “You can use fake documents.”

• “Do not ask questions.”

• “Send money quickly or you lose your place.”

• “You do not need a written contract.”

• “The employer will be revealed only after payment.”

These are not signs of a serious process.

What workiOn does

What workiOn does not do

workiOn does not guarantee jobs, visas or authority approvals.

workiOn is not your employer. The employment contract is concluded directly with the German employer.

Important

A transparent process protects candidates and employers. If your profile does not fit a current opportunity, we will tell you clearly. We do not want candidates to spend time or money on unrealistic expectations.

Best next step

Submit your profile only with honest information and real documents. A serious Germany process starts with facts, not with payments.
